Questo rinforza la costruzione e ci permette di fissare qualsiasi peso in qualsiasi punto della parete, senza l'uso di tasselli speciali.<\/p><h3>2 - Lana minerale naturale ECOSE Technology\u00ae (materiale incombustibile di categoria A1) <span style=\"color: #999999;\">| \u03bb=0,035(W\/mK)<\/span><\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Il materiale isolante termico di base del telaio. La lana minerale naturale offre un eccellente isolamento termico, acustico e resistenza al fuoco (materiali incombustibili di categoria A1). Le materie prime per la produzione della fibra di lana minerale sono anfibolite, dolomite o rocce calcaree e bauxite. La produzione di lana minerale avviene in un forno elettrico. Questo metodo presenta un vantaggio rispetto al metodo dell'altoforno utilizzato finora, perch\u00e9 consente di ottenere l'uniformit\u00e0 spaziale delle fibre prodotte grazie alla temperatura di fusione costantemente controllata, riducendo al minimo l'impatto ambientale.<\/p><h3>3 - Supporto rinforzato con viti autofilettanti Torx e chiodi ad anello<\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Il collegamento delle singole sezioni della parete avviene mediante perni Torx certificati (ETA-11\/0030), che offrono un migliore adattamento, in quanto consentono un migliore controllo della coppia applicata durante l'avvitamento.<\/p><h3>4 - Struttura in legno di pino di Svezia certificata FSC<\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Il legno della struttura a telaio, che \u00e8:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Svedese<\/strong>: Un tipo di legno molto compatto.<\/li><li><strong>Pino<\/strong>: Migliore resistenza all'umidit\u00e0.<\/li><li><strong>Essiccato<\/strong>: Il legname viene essiccato in un forno per settimane, subendo un processo di sverminazione naturale e raggiungendo anche il livello di umidit\u00e0 ideale - per la costruzione di case - che \u00e8 di 15-16%.<\/li><li><strong>Ecologico<\/strong>: Il legname non contiene sostanze chimiche e la politica dell'industria svedese del legno \u00e8 conforme alla limitazione delle emissioni di anidride carbonica.<\/li><li><strong>Pianificato<\/strong>: \u00c8 dotato di superfici perfettamente piane che, insieme ai metodi di connessione utilizzati nella nostra fabbrica, consentono di ottenere un assemblaggio perfetto e senza margini di errore, in corrispondenza delle giunzioni di tutte le parti costruttive della casa.<\/li><li><strong>FSC CoC<\/strong>: Questo legname proviene da foreste strettamente controllate, in cui per ogni albero tagliato ne vengono piantati almeno 3 al suo posto.<\/li><li><strong>Classe C24<\/strong>: Grande resistenza meccanica, con una capacit\u00e0 di carico superiore di 80% rispetto al legno tradizionale.<\/li><\/ul><h3>5 - Angoli di compattazione in metallo<\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Con questi angoli metallici, la costruzione \u00e8 rigidamente collegata alla base in cemento armato. In questo modo, si ottiene una costruzione \u201cben affiatata\u201d con una maggiore resistenza meccanica e un migliore comportamento antisismico.<\/p><h3>6 - Impermeabilizzazione della base della parete<\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">La base della parete \u00e8 sigillata dall'umidit\u00e0, dal decadimento e dai danni causati dagli insetti, grazie all'utilizzo di travi trattate in classe d'uso 3 (UC3). Esse proteggono i tronchi dai danni che potrebbero causare la condensazione dell'acqua sulla base di cemento, migliorando la durata della casa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-583cc86 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\"
